I recently sent a new campaign using a professionally recorded message and of all the calls I received (don't know exactly how many calls yet) all but one left a message.Even though they all left messages, I think I might still just go back to a live answer VA or Patlive because sometimes people call to talk about how crappy your offer is and then they give you a counter offer.

The most important thing is getting in there and make the offer, it's too low, they will kick it back with a counter offer.

I made 3 counter offers but, they wouldn't budge from the 85% net.In order to postpone the foreclosure, I accepted their net.

I applied for a HELOC and got a "counter offer" for a HELOC - Interest Only. 

The counter offer was  I have to close by the end of the year (21 days away) or they keep my $50k check and the deal is off.  

Why not crunch the numbers and make a counter offer that works for you? 

I received a counter offer today as expected but there was a big caveat. 

Because as with this park, there's mismanagment and problems.You should listen and ask alot of questoins and not respond with counter offers at first.  

She's waiting on my response or counteroffer.
