I have the opportunity to get two Amish cottage shells built to TN residential code. 

I am under contract for a Beach cottage about 400 yards from a beautiful quiet beach in Ormond by the Sea, Florida.

Food production would do well in a parcel like this, especially since the Montana Legislature passed some kind of "cottage food production" law which allows for food production up to a certain amount without more regulations taking effect, essentially.

Does anyone have any experience investing in cabins/lakeouses/cottages in Wisconsin?

We have a lake cottage we Airbnb 2 bed 1 bath.one room has two double bunks, the other a queen and we supply two roll away twins - we advertise it as sleeping 8 and it does great.

Spent a couple of hours scrubbing dried mac and cheese and gum off my rugs, chocolate milk on the walls (and ceiling somehow???). 

It was a complete redo with all the parts from Craigslist and the Habitat for Humanity retail stores.In 2015 I found a nice beat up house on a corner lot with a small caretakers cottage, that one took nine months of work to get fixed and rented but I’ve had tenants in the house and in the small caretakers cottage since!

or a completely separate structure in the backyard, something like a small cottage?
