Heading to Cook County Tax Lien Sale next month, it will be my first in person auction. 

Looking to see if anyone has had any luck finding financing for an established assisted living facility (real property w/ separate partnership with operator to run day to day).

They don't have deep pockets, but they have a government guaranteed salary and I happen to be in the medical field with friends at the facility and could advertise directly to the incoming doctors each year. 

@Dwight Cook if the property is producing income it may actually be easier.

There are less free lunches but if you know how to cook the food has never been better.

I believe that the highest and best use for this building is to turn it into an assisted living facility, and restore its original beauty.   

Not a facility, just renting out and delivering portable units to customers.

They process grapes into wine for many many "Winery's" (people who have their own label and vineyards, but not processing facilities) in the state so they are very connected.  

She's in Livermore, CA right now doing something...super sci-fi with the fusion facility out there...but she always talks about wanting to get back to OR!
