Is it a compromise to look at buying a multi-unit property to live in?

I see a viable compromise where you allocate X amount to first year of school and X amount to first investment...then decide where the rest of the liquid funds go based on how things play out over time. 

Dont give advice to someone who you dont personally know may have weakened compromised immune system or make mistake on improper ppe or containment due to your over simplistic analysis of your experiences.

We should be making about 200 per door each month, however, repairs are compromising the returns. 

This is all subject to negotiation between partners, then the resulting compromise is distilled into a partnership/operating agreement. 

I suspect you may be required to make some compromises but the exercise will be enlightening. 

Be carful your rush to rent does not compromise your screening standards.

The trick is not to compromise you bottom line just because you want to make a deal "work."
