The complex cash flows $2,500 per month which is fantastic however I have just learned about the BRRR strategy and need advice.I purchased the property for $200k and had to put $50k down.

The idea in apartment complex or hotel searching is that you need to find something that you can immediately improve (then probably refinance).What should you be looking for exactly that lets you know you can improve this property right away?

They were involved in state and federally funded projects which are fairly complex as they can have multi-layered equity, subsidies and financing.
