He got laid off in April and she said that he will look for a job once he finds out where he's going to end up since I guess he's not sure if he's going to stay in that town if he cannot find housing. as far as I can tell there's nothing wrong with him except for the felony and maybe just a lack of motivation?

Most of these options will have either no PPP (especially for rehab loans) or adjustable PPP's so you can tailor the loan to your strategy.For long terms loans PML's and traditional can be quite competitive, but I'd say that the main advantage for traditional would come in long-term loans for commercial properties.

Reviewing it, it seems that they are using AI type software to run the exchange.My experience so far with AI software in the tax realm is that it is a far cry from being ready for a lack of human intervention and oversight.
