@Jay Hinrichs , I took a 6-week vacation in Europe in Sept/Oct last year, partially because it was overdue, and partially to celebrate (and enjoy) the success of the strong cash flow coming off my 4plex, along with a good purchase of 2 SFH a few months before I left.

I just celebrated 20 years with my employer.

I actually did get to meet Tarek and Christina, along with several other celebrities.

Sure we can celebrate some big milestones.For example @Matt Scott should have closed on his first house thenI will have sold my deal I Ohio City, currently pendingAnd if anyone had some wins please mention

I think this is a great example of an entrepreneur who has learned to celebrate every win.

As long as this doesn't interfere with the next season of "The Celebrity Apprentice", I don't really care.

Good morning and Happy 4th to those that celebrate....I woke up this morning and had a thought about this....I always fix (if needed) things prior to any tenants moving in so there is always a fresh clean and fixed start.I am a big advocate of NOT disturbing my tenants while in their home.I might be in a situation though that is not allowing me to do this prior to and don't want to loose the tenant and $$$.

Most of the people I know that are financially challenged read plenty of Hollywood magazines and celebrity blogs but would put a big "L" on my forehead for reading (listening) to what I read.
