Personally I think that with the costs of housing continuing to rise, modular homes built in a controlled factory and assembled on site will be the wave of the future.

I am starting to explore other markets as well (mostly in TX and FL), likely following a variation of the same model that has worked well for me in Ohio... assembling a team of sorts, adding a property or two at a time. 

If anyone knows of any good books that relate to appreciation, or returns, I would greatly appreciate it.I've looked at some different websites to get a feel for the topics, but having something with a comprehensive assembly on the topic would be awesome, any resources welcome.

Wherever it comes from, you've GOT to have a deal to be able to use the dream team you assembled. 

In which case it would be up for a taller building.We already tried to assemble the block, got a long way and had a solid offer that was close to a million over what our houses would sell for. 

I'm looking at these Heritage Shaker Espresso cabinets on the Surplus Warehouse website, which they do pre-assembly for.

Also, check on Craigslist, ebay, Amazon, Nextdoor, Facebook marketplace, and other local buy/sell apps for deals*  Cabinets - If you are going to rehab the kitchen and bathrooms, look for RTA (ready-to-assemble) cabinets.

I've assembled several adjacent acres with multiple property types between them in a prime area. 

Is this an in ground, or a Sam's club "some assembly required" pool?

A permit application filed June 29 with the City of Austin and approved July 1 shows Austin-based Tesla plans to build a two-floor, 500,000-square-foot space to enlarge its General Assembly 2 and General Assembly 3 operations.
