Hi,Listening to some of the podcasts and reading the blog, I keep feeling this inner red flag that keeps popping up in me.  

I found some local people here through biggerpockets, then we also have a website and blog, I heard one lady gained several properties through social media marketing, and calling listings for rent by owner to see if they would be interested in switching to STR (hopefully I didn't just open a can of worms).

Hey @Dipika Mulchandani, I don't have a dog in this fight, but there is a constant stream of articles about lack of LTRs in that area.

I love getting the BP emails with lots of article teasers in them.
