I like that I can blend in when I’m with my contractors who don’t drive really nice new stuff and I like that I can blend in when I go to rougher houses and not “look rich” but I’m only human and it’s about to run its course because sometimes I do think non-investor clients care ** a little ** about you being in a decent car.

The reason fentanyl is such a massive problem is that it's pretty much impossible using crude methods like stirring, shaking, grinding, and blending to distribute fentanyl so evenly within a powder or liquid that you can be sure of avoiding a lethal dosage in even a small part of that mixed powder or liquid.

Blogging is a commitment and a real skill to find the right blend of material and the right frequency for your audience.While I'm now highly skilled at blogging, I'm not sure that I could maintain a successful RE Blog that people would want to read or follow as there is so much excellent subject matter content out there (and here) already and I'd have little value to add.It pretty much comes down to the goal of what you're trying to accomplish.
