Make calls to business partner, contractors, and assistant in between sessions to run my real estate businesses.Between 1 pm and 3 pm - Have a 2-hour lunch scheduled to meet with different investors to network and find money partners who want to partner on deals or meet with my own mentors.3 pm - go back to work. 

You will find great investment services and team members by joining the RICH club and the Wealth club of Houston and taking advantage of their complimentary training sessions. 

I have a week session that I want to be about entrepreneurship and my latest side discussions with students has been about Bitcoin and Ripple.

If the property converted from investment to primary was once the product of a 1031 exchange then you also must have owned the property for a minimum of 5 years.All bets are off with Congress in session!

--Most of the per room rates in the SCSU area are going for $325 (as of two months ago and they may be reduced due to demand being low with school already in session).

You will have difficulty getting the entire house rented prior to May (summer session), but may be able to rent a room or two (though that sometimes makes it more difficult to rent the house, unless you can move those couple of tenants to another location).   

There will be a networking session at the beginning and also a buy/sell/trade during the meeting so you'll have plenty of opportunity to chat up other local investors.
