The plumber came out while in escrow stated it would be $8,800 and we got it covered by the seller to do it. 

Purchase price: $330,000 First multi family home purchased. 2 units. 3 beds 2 baths being rented out.

What I mean by this, is should I use a lender to cover 90% of the purchase and 100% of the rehab for max leverage, or should I put more equity into it.
