It might be tempting to only rely on a local agent and PMC, but nothing beats seeing a new place in person. 

Beyond that, most self storage only being 8 1/2 foot tall or so wide, a 10 x 30 or 10 x 40 storage unit can't handle RV's and boats.Recreation areas/cheaper land:  The way you beat your competition is to build closer to the Recreation areas or on routes to them, from the populations.

In short, I think your place would rent faster if it were priced between $1800 and $1900. 

We will see how the 4th quarter does but right now I'm hopeful that I'll beat 2023's numbers.

I was just going to assume the mortgage but this LLC transfer would be much faster and time is of the essence (per usual).
