I too love rehabbing but unfortunately most of our investments made sense as shot sales so more paperwork and less fixing :(  My passion is self management and I manage these rentals from all over.So great to connect to another military wife!

@Elizabeth ColegroveAgreed completely the whole part of me putting the "THINKING" comment in there was becuase they dont like you to think in terms of why are we doing this and how come we don't try this to improve on it or whenever somebody thinks of a process of doing things its shot down before it has the chance to show its real value. 

This is a long shot, but you may get lucky.

If you give it your best shot and still don't get it, don't feel bad.

It's highly unlikely they'll give it to you, but I'd ask for screen shots from Equator.
