You have nothing to be ashamed of, thats what option periods are for, to be exercised.

those "pay for leads" services are terrible. what i do is call supply houses and get referrals from them. and i keep a running excel sheet. seems like i have to "update it", i.e... delete contacts weekly. it's a shame because that wastes a lot of my time. the last thing i want to do is "interview" more contractors.

Another matter is capitalization of your LLC, if you don't have cash on hand, reserves for business operations your LLC may be deemed to be more of a sham or dodge used to avoid responsibilities, it's not a true ongoing business concern.Before opening a business entity, make sure there is a good business reason to do so, having a business is not always the best way to "invest".

I’ll bet the next time you make love it will be in private, but no one should take your desire for privacy as an indication that you’re ashamed of your escapades. 

It would be a shame if the prospective tenant's chances were dashed because their application was delayed by a caseworker who was slow to get it done.
