I would not approach it from the standpoint of I want to build container homes and then look for a site, I would have a site and think about what the best use of it would be and if it happened to be container homes then go for it.As John mentioned above appealing to the masses is the route to success here IMHO

Can try to reposition to Class B, but neighborhood may impede these efforts.Vacancy Est: Historically 10%, but 15-20% should be used to also cover tenant nonpayment, eviction costs & damages.Tenant Pool: majority will have FICO scores of 560-620 (approaching 22% probability of default), many blemishes, but should have no evictions in last 2 years.

So far, I've started using the BRRR strategy to look for more properties and am refinancing two of my rentals, but there have not been any issues with the fact that we live in an RV.I'm curious if any other investors out there have went with this approach to their own personal living situation.
