By the end of that weekend, we had 3 bookings.Our first booking gave us a great public review, and also sent an email saying that they did love our place and love all the extras we put in there (beach toys, cooler, cart, sandwich bags, foil, etc.) but also that our brand new floors didn't feel that clean, coffee pot had some coffee marks and dishes were left in dishwasher previously.

Not my house but my brother in law had a bathtub full or cat and dog feces and a closet full of porn and used sex toys in a unit to deal with.  

Pay down debt, live without the toys for now, make smart buying choices and then real estate will be the result of the way you have been living your life not a means to change it.

When they get a raise they are no better off because they find more ways to spend it.Live frugally, live without, get rid of all your unnecessary toys and expenses.

Oh Mom doesn’t have that money for expensive toys anymore.

I have been toying with becoming a Pro Member but as a Canadian, I am wondering if the tools, education and everything else BP has to offer adaptable to the Canadian Markets.
