This apartment community is not really an investment (said differently, the non-management portion of the returns are limited). 

However, Southern California—particularly cities like Los Angeles, San Diego, and coastal communities—benefits from a warm climate and constant demand, which helps to mitigate seasonal slowdowns.

I appreciate your assistance and I'm pleased to be a part of this community.

Abel Hi Abel thank you for taking the time to post this I appreciate it It gives me a lot of great information I own a restaurant in a tight knit community so I think I have a good starting point for potential clients I have around 5 hours a day to work on the side hustle I will add that book to my list are there any other books you recommend for getting into real estate? 

I've been in touch with two new agents from the BP community and have high hopes so far, so we shall see.
