The crime may not look terrible in some parts of Trulia, but there seems to be a shooting or murder within 3 blocks of Sherman every week or two for at least the last 10 months.

The person suing you would have to start all over and sue you in the Cook Islands, assuming that the claim is made within the one year statute of limitations, and they would have to prove their case by the highest legal standard in the world: the murder standard “beyond a reasonable doubt.”
