I work as a Finance Director for a Non Profit that runs a Head Start Program, an Alcohol/Drug Rehab Center, a Job Training Center and many more smaller programs.

With hundreds of posts every day, we do need the help of the membership to keep up our duties of moderation.

Could be anything.Good school systems near or moderately near urban hubs with walkable downtowns are a great bet.

If the place I order from happens to be a local PUB (I do NOT drink ANY alcohol by the way) that serves good burgers, does that mean I'm a drunk???

All that being said, my guess is that at some point at least moderate to high inflation will rear its head due to all the worthless money our dear govt continues to print.
