It's recently been ranked best city in the world for students and second best city in the world for millennials.

I'm a young passionate millennial that is eager to learn more about the possibility of real estate investing.

I'm an 'older millennial' myself - and I rented until I was 29, but now I have a primary residence that I own, 6 rentals, and 2 cars. 

I myself am a millennial and I do agree with much of the stigma that many our age feel "entitled to participation trophies", yet I think it's extremely important for people at a young age to see that knowledge of any sort pays off in some way or another and is rewarding.

Home ownership is very low by historical standards, and there is a real chance that millennials aren't going to run out and buy houses, since they pretty much came of age during the financial crisis.I predict that our next recession will be cause by a spike in inflation.

I can't speak to the STR market, however, as an "elder millennial" (38yo) I know at least a handful of acquaintances (young families) that have moved there. 

Check out 2-4 units or condos in class B areas with young high credit millennials that are appreciating strong.

The millennial generation is the largest generation to go to college.
