If you have a strong game plan in place that can guarantee income and justify quitting then go for it bu I think a lot of people leave their jobs to soon.

The ad for the property was not incorrect as they were "in-place" but not guaranteed to stay.This could be a blessing in disguise however.

If they are on it for depression or anxiety you can be guaranteed they are conning the system.

Did you require a personal guarantee or have some sort of due on sale clause similar to what a commercial promissory note would have?

That tells me your debt to income is probably a little high and almost guarantees that you will not be able to buy two different places.
