I believe tenant laws in Saint Paul can be quite strict.

With our town and maybe yours, any major alterations (work over 50% of the property) will require updating sewage and plumbing to the main line <- this is quite expensive and luckily we didn’t need to do this.

If it's external factors such as they need the money to do a bigger deal, or they're closing down their fund, or they're getting out of RE completely then fine. 

The normal return would generally be quite a bit more than you're making now. 

The reality is, it’s actually quite difficult to declare bankruptcy (just cause you want to declare bankruptcy doesn’t mean you get to, you have to be approved for it.

Get clear with builder on property taxes as they can go up in year 2 quite a bit in some cases.

I found there are quite a variety of them.

They had me open up about 8 business cards and I had to pay extra to an external company just to help me open them up.

The next day I literally quit my job and went out on my own in photography, and did that job for another 20 years as my own boss… making way more than the $36,000!  

Please check before thinking this is normal, its quite the opposite*
