I think all the cheap faucets come from one Chinese factory.

Every day for 8 years I dreaded working in a factory.

A big factory downtown has been bought out and is getting renovated not sure exactly what is going there but that can bring a increase in jobs.

The real sticking point that I cannot factor is how half the rentals on the market have heat included in the rent.

If you can find some cash flow, the appreciation factor is a turbo-horsepower engine working in your favor.

Using a 5% vacancy factor is your tenants staying an average of 20 months. 5/100=1/20.

Of course, that redeployment also works with a cash-out, but I'm paying for it whenever I'm not using it.Is there any additional factor I need to consider since this is my primary residence, though, or is it all just emotion and fear because of the sentimental connection on using one's home for funds?
