Perhaps give them some flyers to post somewhere in the dorm lobbies about your Summer vacancies prior to the end of the school year.I would suggest a donation to the club for their support, or perhaps a reward for the individual students that help you.

Sure you can hold your own estate sale or donate the stuff or haul it off, but the profit is in the real estate and the deal must be controlled by you.

I'd suggest you speak to an experienced grant writer to solicit funds from grants, public donations and mixed financing conduits as a N/P

Charity, missions, donations... ?

I want to recoup my costs and donate the profits to a charity.

Do not rent to someone out of pity, this is a business, if you want to help people that are having a rough time, volunteer or donate some of the proceeds of your business.

I have an extra mattress and box spring I’d be willing to donate (I really don’t need it).

Homes are only appraising for $80-$90k fully rehabbed, so the contractor suggested I demo the house and donate the land once the tenant moved out.I don't want to give up, but I'm very tempted to cut my losses. 

If appliances are over 10 years old, put in new scratch and dent or Habitat products donated from a local rehabber.
