Been reading a lot of reviews on some that I've been recommended and so far I'm liking B2B Property Management. 

Prioritize cleanliness, appealing furniture and decor, being pet friendly, appealing to your market, professional photography, great customer service, and great reviews.

My concern is that there aren't a ton of outside reviews (i.e. those not on the PropertyOnion website), but I don't think the tool has been available for very long (or at least I haven't come across it until recently), so this would explain a lot. 

For example, RentRedi gave us some trouble in refunding a tenant's security deposit and the customer service representatives also notified me that there is currently not a way to refund a tenant's security deposit after 6 months once the deposit is made which concerned us with long term tenants. 

If you have not taken the time to recently review your estate plan with your respective attorney, there is no time like the present to do so.

Checking online reviews and ratings can also provide insight into the reliability and quality of a handyman's work.
