I know this is an old thread.I'd like to get a more recent opinion of these apps.I think the DFD options is very interesting.What we want to do is endorse one of these for our Real Estate Club in Greenville, SC and have a contest for our members to see who can find the most deals with the software.Maybe try and get a rep from the company we choose to come and speak at one of our in person meeting and also negotiate a longer trial window if possible for our members.

Rents have gone up but nowhere near enough to overcome it.

HOWEVER, this is a VERY expensive way to acquire property and can backfire if the new appraisal doesn't come in where you need.

The sinks and faucets didn't, but the tubs and toilets did. 🤔 After having the plumber come back a couple of times to try to remediate, we brought in a different plumber that provided 2 other possible remediation things we could try.

For sure AI follow up, re-engagement, and appointment setting is a huge trend coming into the real estate industry across the board. 

Just call up an agent and ask them if they are the best in their market , odds are the first call you make will be the one .
