White makes it look cleaner, brighter and bigger.I have also spray painted hvac registers and return grills white, easier than cleaning them.

The condos in FL have the added benefits of amenities that the SFRs don't have, and that tenants want in that area - pools, tennis courts, fitness centers, jogging trails, bike paths, car wash areas, outdoor BBQ's, water views.

I took him up on the offer in addition to giving him a grill that the prior occupants left behind. 

The one I saw had a large wrap around deck, built in BBQ and a nice matching car port.

My SIL bought an beautiful older home with an old gas stove with the BBQ option & the down draft venting.

The tenant dragged a Weber charcoal grill into the LIVING ROOM and decided to cook "out"...

If all else fails I suggest writing your representative specifically the ones on the financial oversight panel that grilled ken lewis, and explain how BOA is prohibiting short sales with these clauses.
