I think LoopNet is OK for finding things with MLS listing #s and what not... but if an owner is trying to sell without a RE agent, is it possible to access this information, ya know, publicly?

I think it has helped me see red flags in partnerships and it helped me learn what not to do.  

There are some other expenses I do need to include though like the HELOC fees and what not. 

Should I contact the Attorney to see if he can sell it or what? Not

Went over to the property today to ensure the smoke detectors and what not worked for the CO inspection and noticed the front door was kicked in leading to the second floor unit and a window was broken on the first floor unit.

If you want to learn how to quickly improve your credit score, I can connect you to someone who specializes in it and she's REALLY good and she does it for $149/one time fee, she will tell you straight up if its something you can do yourself, and what to do and what not to do, and it is surprising how much little things could negatively affect your score.

I was also wondering about how to go about obtaining the contracts needed to wholesale, I see a lot of scrutiny with this type of real estate within the forums unfortunately and a lot of confusion regarding the legal practices of it and what not.

If so then I guess I would be pretty confused on how I would be taking tenants money and filinx taxes and what not.
