I watched the LU webinar this past week and have gotten phone calls daily since then about the membership fee.

I'd love to do some birddog work in return for a fee for the find and the privilege of watching how the game is played.

There is also a gentleman in San Antonio the San Antonio Residential Assisted Living group, and also a Zoom meeting (Denver Area Assisted Living - DAALR) for Assited Living Facilities/Residences on the last Wednesday of each month-except Sept and December currently, and these are recorded on the FB page for you to watch later.

Watch what you say and type as it can be used against you; even if you didn't mean anything negative or derogatory.  

Florida has been top of our list to invest in, however with what is happening with HOA fees climbing, insurance increasing and the new legislation for condo taking effect in 2025 we are going to sit back and watch for a bit.We live in Calgary and have been looking at Arizona and Montana as well, Montana is close for us.Sharing your contacts would be greatly appreciated.Thanks for the help

Coincidentally, after reading this thread in the afternoon, then watching the news the same night, I saw a story on EV fires.

My 2 cents is that for non-sleeping areas, hot tubs, pool tables and movie rooms are top amenities that guest have personally told me they like the best.I think an outdoor rated pool table (or maybe ping pong table), TV and comfortable seating would likely be the best bang for your buck.

Just like everything else in life, get started, keep honing those skills (i.e. keep reading, keep learning, keep attending the meetups) and watch yourself get better and better witch each property you buy. 

Watch out for fine print that requires an additional fee at closing - this is a huge red flag and how most flat fee companies make money.
