I always tell them, this is my offer, I am not trying to upset anyone, and you wont upset me if you say no.   

If your upset think you have been taken advantage of and if this person is clearly engaged in brokering with out a license then the proper approach is to file a complaint and let the state deal with it..

A little upset right now so this is a little bit of a rant and (another) warning to investors to do your due diligence on properties before you buy them.Just got the lien search from the seller's title company today on a the property is supposed to close tomorrow.  

We offer a very valuable service to sellers that want to close fast for cash or simply want to just get the house sold for any other reason.Some will get upset, but surely you'd agree that as an agent, you can't control the monetary size of the offers submitted whether it's an investor or anyone else looking for a deal. 

In the end victory is sweet.
