With them just charging half of 1 months rent, it's a good trade off for me.However, I will say that the place is not seeming to have success in renting.

In my area, which is seeing MF assets trade at crazy low CAP rates a property with 18k NOI would trade for less than 300k.

Wouldn’t trade a tough couple of financial years for a steady 9-5 paycheck though!

I have a graduate degree from USC in engineering, still work full time, and do well, but working the 9-5 and trading my time for a set amount is what bothers me, I would say for any amount, but that’s not exactly true, but close.

what I did with some on my hard woods on a few of my properties I traded logs for finished flooring and had some really cool custom oak flooring made for my personal residence. 

I have traded in all my pricey rental property in San Diego.  

Due to today's economy there is so much work and not enough trades people.
