I'm not sure if any of that info (sqft, bed/bath) is tied to the title or anything or if the realtors just create the MLS listing based on the visual of the house having 2 bath. 

Some of these other areas have rents ranging from $400 to $800 for a 1 bed.

At the end he shared his financials.3 bed / 3.5 bath, ~1,500 sf rowhome in an up and coming neighborhood in NW DC.

I'm trying to figure out if it's feasible.I'd like to build a 4-6 unit building (assuming the city approves) each with 2 bed, 1 bathroom and small kitchens. 

@Barbara Kennedy  if you put a house on a website with picture bed bath etc and give the illusion your selling it.. and or put an add in Craigs list again in the homes for sale section that is illegal in Oregon.. assigning contracts is not.. but pretty hard for all but the most established to be able to actually do it without violating the laws.. and one trip to salem to talk to the DRE will cure you of that  LOL

I know this isn't a ton, but I've busted my *** for this money this past year, so it is still scary for me. haha.It is a 4-plex, all 1 bed, 1 bath units. 3 units will rent for 450, and one will rent for 425.

Another four plex down the street just sold for 230k turnkey but it was very out dated and each unit is 2 bed 2 bath.

Build in 2004, 3 bed/ 2 bath, 2 car garage, approximately 1200 sqft.

It also requires a slightly heavier mortar bed than a smaller tile.
