What if someone demolished four houses and put up a hotel next door?

When we purchase the house it was already rented with a good tenant so we rented a hotel room for a week that way we could rehab the house and after we were done they went back home.

Its walking distance from a part of town that is being heavily developed with new restaurants hotels and big office/warehouse buildings so I see really good potential.

If I think they're going to be slow moving out, I'll have a friendly conversation letting them know that if they aren't out on time, per the lease they're going to be liable for holdover tenancy rent and the cost of putting up the new tenants in a hotel. 

Hi all, Anyone want to share/split a hotel room or AirBnb for BP Con 2021?

So I own a company (S-corp LLC) that works around Florida,I have some employees staying in Sarasota in working there some weekends a week, instead of every time paying for hotels and AIRBNB for them, I would like to buy a house (under another LLC that I opened) and make a contract between my two LLC's to rent this unit - paying myself instead random hotels and Airbnb's - So they can stay there.

In my opinion I am purchasing a hospitability business similar to a hotel.
