As a PM with 1 LTR in my portfolio I have used a few different property management software platforms and thus far my favorite is Rent Redi.

Also, how do you handle the signing of waivers outside of the Airbnb platform?

I've tried 6 different rental collection platforms and this one is by far the best. 

I worked with them for about a year.Unfortunately I am not familiar with Brokerspot, connektor and the other platforms mentioned but I'd imagine most platforms are fairly similar to one another.

USICS together with the department of labor (DOL) require your employer to provide evidence that you possess a certain set of skill and that the employer has tried but cannot find a suitable local candidate.The H1B visa allows you to work (earned income) for your employer only.

Conversely, self-management saves money and offers hands-on experience, suitable for those with time and a desire for control.

Otherwise unsecured and specific types of SBA loans may be suitable.

Better to have a website up with these easy platforms, then flush out the product, audience and goals.
