PLUS, if a bank decides at the last minute they don’t want to borrow you money for a new type and price range of property for you.

Start by researching the market to choose the right city and property type while understanding the local economy.

But unfortunately those types of deals are not really available for a lot of real estate investors.

It also depends what type of neighborhood you're buying in though as well.
