What I found was dirty floor, dirty oven, dirty bathroom (walls with molds and strange orange/brown color stuff), not working blinds, window screens with many holes, front porch with lots of spider webs, holes (punched in) in a bedroom door, etc.

This makes it alot easier to keep your eye out for that investor.And if they find what has been stated as an acceptable investment, they need to act on it, or at least try....Someone who can make a decission, they don't need days to think about it or that has to spend days doing "strange" due diligence prior to contracting duplicating what the Realtor did.
