I think we had it closed in 40 days.It was a bit frustrating every time I thought I supplied the underwriters with everything they wanted they would have another and then another request.

What else is on the inspection report, galvanised supply?

I'm looking at doing an ADU up in the Napa Valley, it seems to be a good opportunity right now for areas with restricted housing supplies and steep prices.

@Douglas SpenceYes and many other inspection items such as cracked window pane, paint the outside, changing a perfectly fine toilet supply line, changing a perfectly fine p-trap, trimming trees, etc.
