Suggestion: AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE.I never received my order, no eta, and the only response I received was dated 10/21 saying they’d contact the manufacturer for a status.

Of course we filed a response to their request but if we did not have an attorney it could have been approvedYou won’t be able to foreclose while they are in ch 11 so definitely get an attorney to protect your interests

Personally, I couldn't have handled the responsibility of a RE investment when I was 20. 

This will impact the rents on your current home when you move to house hack.I believe the MTR/STR market in San Diego has suffered similar impacts as many other STR markets resulting from the fed trying to slow the economy.  

You want an accountant who can help you strategize and who is responsive when you want to know the consequences of the financial decisions you are making throughout the year.Good luck.
