I mean I dont know what you do but I buy at least 100 sometime 200 distressed SFRs in the US mainly the mid west deep south etc per year.. some come through wholesalers but most of them are OREO brokers that are super sharp .. some markets that are in areas of very low value assets or in really depressed areas will have a lot of wholesalers as the realtors dont want to bother with them.. but to say they are better NO WAY NO HOW.The reality is wholesalers will take as much profit as they can get and pat themselves on the back if they can rip equity from sellers as much as they possibly can..
