I am confident, I can make it happen….Brrring is extremely difficult in any market the cost of reno plus purchase is actually above buying turn key especially in low cost markets like Baltimore, your gonna make more money with less risk and less effort buying turn key, I know it’s not as sexy or as profitable on paper as brrring but in real life, in most cases especially in low cost (low margin) markets turn key is easier, in fact I have a client I’m working with right now who’s 100k underwater on her brrrr.
