I think you might be googling the wrong terms and of course google is no replacement for local knowledge/help….The “notice to quit” requirement is 10 days.

On all my section 8 inspection I have my contractor walk with the case worker fixing, replacing or repairing anything they might have a concern about right there as the inspection is going on.

There was heavy black mold throughout the house and we ended up gutting down to the studs, replacing all drywall, all electric, new roof, most of plumbing, new kitchen, new bath and all new floor coverings.

Likely you can get those plans with a records request from the municipality where this property is located.You'll need to get surveyor, architect, and civil engineer on board earlier than later.
