Give them 30 day s notice or what ever time your state requires that you are not renewing the lease

In three to 5 years you guys can renew your vows with the money you have earned now you can spend double that much on a service and probably even have a nice honeymoon somewhere for a few weeks, maybe a month depending on where you want to go.

For me, I don't want 300+ pieces of paper, 300+ annual renewals, and dozens of violations to deal with. 

Just received a renewal inspection report from PM.

Think about going higher around 8%.8% Management - while you can probably find a PM to manage the unit at 8%, keep in mind a lot of PM charge annual fees, lease up fees, lease renewal fees, etc.

I let them know my intentions are to honor their lease with no changes until such time as the lease is up for renewal. 

I'm not finding any good opportunities on the commercial side and I'm just about to renew the lease on the house.

However, I want to know if there is a way I can renew my lease and put conditions in place to force the option to purchase at the current market rate after December 2018.Appreciate your help!
