If you focus on just price per foot, then you can run into the pitfall of buying the biggest house, and thinking it is worth more than a buyer is willing to pay.

My issue is educating myself on the pitfalls, shortcomings, do’s and don’ts, etc. 

I realize there are some pitfalls to condominium ownership such as having to deal with condo associations, rental restrictions and rules and regulations.

I have a 2 acre lot under contract and I'm wondering if yall can share some of the pitfalls or things that I may be missing.  

So for those that have “driven for garbage” before, what are the pitfalls to this method?

In the mean time, I want to understand where some of the pitfalls lie in starting house hacking.

If there was a deed and no mortgage I would assume it was paid for wish cash, but I know there are pitfalls to this approach.

It seems like with no money available from the banks that there could be quite a market for those that don't make it through all the hoops, hurdles & pitfalls put in front of them by bankers.
