A foreclosure sale was conducted and the bidding winner got a Certificate of Sale Issued on 07/06/20 Defendant/Owner filed for Bankruptcy on 07/03/20, the suggestion of BK was filled on 07/14/20.I was wondering if the bid winner would receive his money back and what are the next steps, I understand that the automatic stay protects the owner of the property from foreclosureWhat are the possible scenarios to follow?
