On the other hand, I wonder if due to all the media surrounding  A class buildings, whether if C class is the place to be if everyone is moving down to chase apparent, potentially  higher returns...So that maybe there is more competition for C class buildings than there may be for A class buildings.I am sure there are good sponsors for all class of properties in any part of the RE cycle. 

I started driving for dollars with deal finder app, have website/social media/seo in the works, and am looking into other motivated buyer lead sources for direct mail.  

The point about ethics and integrity certainly resonates with me, which is partly what has been bothering me.

. ;) I have successfully used social media in direct sales and to sell "stuff" from clothing to household goods.

There are also apps available but I prefer doing it directly in the accounting software or something that integrates with it. 

For this to make sense though, there are some important complexities I'm not yet equipped to navigate such as how the tax credits transfer to new owners, whether appraisers would factor this into the value to preserve mortgage integrity, whether installers have better pricing for investors, etc.  

Additionally, I am looking to transition my career into something more RE oriented, as I am currently a project manager in a media company, and have been in Managerial/HR positions for the past 8+ years in non-RE fields.

Well, after SEVERAL back and forth attempts to get it right (due to the language barrier), we’ve finally gotten a logo completed, but the package I purchased also came with a social media kit (along with 3-d logo, logo transparency, stationary designs, and source file). 

Eventually decided to quit social media and took the whole year to work on self developing.
