Your comments back up what I see - unless there is a massive pullout of Chinese real estate investment or a massive jump in interest rates, I don't see a crash - and I don't see either risk being high, at least right now.My first suggestion is to look at your primary residence separately from your income properties as much as you can.

Here's another interesting thing that occurred to me the other day regarding Warren Buffet and what I perceive to be pricing irrationality in the investment markets: Berkshire Hathaway has been under performing lately, which is not at all usual as this company under Warren & Charlie's investment genius has consistently outperformed the S&P500 year in and year out.
