I found this out after I tracked down and spoke to several legitimate lenders who paid thousands to be listed in the Referral Service but were never received a referral from the site.   

This takes seconds and costs pennies to run the reports for hundreds of thousands of loans.

Literally of the population will be unemployed.

Another one of the investments, they are currently proposing for us a chance to "save a portion of our original investment," is literally unbelievable.  

Some of those facebook groups have thousands of members.

Not saying you should do a bad deal, just that literally any property will make a huge difference in your take home pay, I'd be analyzing them differently than you would if you needed the cash flow.

The walls and ceiling literally glowed yellow.

Tell them straight up that there is no basis for their request; houses that has been used as meth labs have specific characteristics that this one never has and cannot be rented until after thousands of dollars in testing ($5k to $50K) and a total gut of the interior is completed. 

There are a couple of FB groups with thousands of members for this market, with wholesalers posting houses all day long. 

The BIG reason its worth the investment is because they can literally "go back in time"Not only will they report recent and future payments... they can go back FOUR YEARS, so if you've been paying rent for the last 4 years they can report all that history and in 2 weeks you can have 4 years worth of credit.I have seen "Rent Reporters" on multiple credit reports and most of those people have over 700 credit scores...
