I just joined that page. 

I look at the vehicles, are they 20 year old economy cars on their last legs, or are they newer vehicles that people are making payments on at a legitimate car dealership vs a buy and pay here joint.

They have a free Facebook group you can join too and they give a lot of content in there for free.Hope that helps.

That said, we'd consider a partner joining us. 

It's most definitely possible, and with a few pointers and maybe looking to join a group of other likeminded business colleagues, you'll make a nice go of a STR business.

I joined BP the first year it went online, so not a Noob here.

I always say to go follow different people that offer STR masterminds/courses on social media, and whichever one clicks for you and has similar goals consider joining the group.

If something could be done to convince the head "guru" that buying overleveraged properties in and of itself is reckless for creative finance, done so that he can boast he has “none of his own money involved” and attract people with little money to join his program, perhaps the trajectory of the conversation could be more positive toward solving the problem.But, Why would we want to promote his risky & bad investing?
