Hey I am fairly new to the real estate investing game and want to see if anyone has a REI meet up or zoom meeting going for the Birmingham, Al area?  

A 1031 has a definitive time frame and you may not be able to find another property that meets your criteria in that time frame depending on location. 

Did you meet the animal?   

I doubt you would be able to get your money back at this point but im not sure how much value you will get from them vs spending that “class” or meeting time reading a real estate book or connecting with local investors. 

The system looked pretty slick considering the seamless integration between banking and bookkeeping.      

At that point, it's worth researching and finding a solution that better meets your needs.

This is an amazing space to meet many very smart individuals.

On the other hand if the fund has not set aside adequate liquid reserves to meet obligations, then I think it is probably only a matter of time before they are going to have a problem meeting them.

I run a fully integrated real estate firm out of Blacksburg, VA.
